Pasta by Police with Love Benefit





On Friday, February 25, 2011 Pittsburgh Police will be holding a pasta by police dinner benefit at the Brookline Boulevard Presbyterian Church, located at 1036 Brookline Boulevard, Pittsburgh, PA 15226. The pasta dinner benefit event will be from 4:00p.m. - 8:00p.m. The price for the dinner is $7.00 for adults, $5.00 for Children and children under 5 years old are Free. They will also be holding a 50/50 raffle and there will be a raffle for door prizes.

Tickets will be available at the door. Tickets should also be available at all (6) of the Pittsburgh Police zone stations. Those who are unable to attend the benefit may also purchase tickets for a chance to win the door prizes. The benefit is being coordinated by Patrol Officer Christine Luffey of the Zone 3 station.

This event is to benefit Nicole Cleland......On December 5, 2010 a drunk driver struck Nicole's vehicle on E. Carson Street in the area of the F.B.I. building. The violent crash claimed the life of Nicole's 7 year old Lexa, as well as Nicole's un-born child. Nicole's pelvis was completely shattered. Nicole's 11 month old daughter Kathleen sustained minor injuries.

The family has very little medical coverage, and they are going to have move to a handicap accessible home. In addition to the benefit pasta dinner, Officer Luffey has also set up an account in Nicole Cleland's name.....Checks can be made out to Nicole Cleland and can be mailed to:
